About the Practice
Empowering you to heal, grow, and arrive.
John is a deliberate philosophy: real change happens slowly, in the presence of someone who listens without flinching.
As a U.S. Army and Army National Guard veteran himself, John understands the weight of service, duty, and the quiet struggles that can follow. His approach blends evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR, with a genuinely human, person-centered presence in the room.
Trusted Expertise
John works in modalities backed by decades of research — CBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing, and more — chosen carefully for your story, never one-size-fits-all. Available both in-person in Phoenix, AZ, and online across Arizona, Texas, and Colorado
Compassionate Support
Whatever you bring through the door is allowed in the room. We hold confidentiality, complexity, and quiet days with equal care.
