A Process Built on Trust
Before beginning his career in mental health, John served as a member of the U.S. Army and Army National Guard from 1987 to 2001, when he was honorably discharged. That firsthand experience with military life, duty, and transition informs the empathetic, insightful way he works with veterans, service members, and first responders today. He understands the culture, the stigma, and the specific hurdles that come with asking for help after a career built on self-reliance.
